By purchasing access to the Colorado Module, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

A full refund is available within seven (7) days of purchase. After seven (7) days, no refunds will be granted for this offering.

Licensure Disclaimer

Completion of the Colorado Module does not guarantee an approval by the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) for a facilitator license in the state of Colorado. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all state licensing requirements.

Certificate of Completion Eligibility

The purchase of the Colorado Module does not constitute or guarantee the issuance of a Certificate of Completion from Synthesis. Issuance of said certificate is expressly contingent upon fulfillment of all of the following conditions:

(1) Participant must complete all assigned video content in its entirety. Synthesis reserves the right to monitor and verify completion through its learning management system.

(2) Participant must complete all quizzes associated with the module and achieve a score of one hundred percent (100%) on each.

(3) Participant must submit all required assignments and receive a determination from Synthesis that such assignments meet the standards of completeness and quality set forth by the program. Synthesis reserves the right to require revisions and resubmissions at its sole discretion.

(4) Participant must be in good standing with Synthesis and must have received a Certificate of Completion for the Psychedelic Practitioner Core Training.

(5) Participant must not have any outstanding financial obligations to Synthesis at the time of certificate issuance.

(6) All aforementioned requirements must be completed within eighteen (18) months from the date of payment for the Colorado Module.

Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions may render the participant ineligible to receive a Certificate of Completion, and consequently, the participant shall not be eligible to apply for a Colorado training license through this program.

All materials accessed within this course are for personal use only and may not be duplicated, distributed, or used for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of course content is strictly prohibited.

Participation & Liability

By participating in the Colorado Module, you acknowledge that this training is educational in nature and does not constitute a complete medical, legal, or professional certification without a Colorado Facilitator License. You assume full responsibility for your participation and any decisions made based on the knowledge acquired.
